SIRE Capital Partners Acquires Portfolio of Dental Properties

  • Portfolio of 4 freehold properties
  • Portfolio acquired for £2.0m, reflecting a 7.65% NIY
  • Long term leases to Dentex / Portman Group

SIRE Capital Partners (“SIRE”), a specialist UK real estate investment manager, has acquired a portfolio of four UK dental properties on behalf of one of its private client investors.

Working with the Independent Financial Advisory firm Global Wealth Map (“GWM”) on this acquisition, the portfolio of assets is expected to provide a long-term source of secure income.

“These practices are well established within the local community and offer a mix of private and public dental services. The rental income is secured by long-term lease to one of the largest dental corporates in the UK.” said Sam Faulkner, Principal of SIRE. “Good quality healthcare properties are a great fit for private investors looking to generate a higher yield from the income component of their overall asset allocation.”

“It was a pleasure working with SIRE Capital Partners on this transaction. Their professionalism and deep understanding of the healthcare real estate sector made the entire process seamless. My client is thrilled with the outcome and excited about the stability and growth potential that these dental properties can offer. I look forward to collaborating on more opportunities in the future.” said Mike Lawrence, Managing Director of GWM.
