London, July 30, 2024 -  SIRE Capital Partners (“SIRE”) is pleased to announce that it has secured Appointed Representative status from the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

London, July 30, 2024 –  SIRE Capital Partners (“SIRE”), a specialist UK real estate investment management company, is pleased to announce that it has received Appointed Representative status from the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This significant milestone allows SIRE to offer single asset funds (“syndications”), enabling investors to access high-quality, institutional-grade properties with a minimum investment of £100,000.

Established in 2015, SIRE has built a robust portfolio, focusing on healthcare real estate across the UK. To date, SIRE has acquired over 40 healthcare assets, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to acquiring and managing quality properties in the healthcare sector.

SIRE will be working with The Fund Incubator, who provide regulatory hosting as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM). This partnership will ensure rigorous management and compliance, providing investors with confidence in the quality and security of their investments.
