London, 02 April 2025 – SIRE Capital Partners (“SIRE”) is pleased to announce that Martin Zdravkov, CFA has joined the firm as a Senior Adviser where he will be advising the business in a non-executive capacity.

Martin is a seasoned real estate professional, passionate about building strategies that deliver excellent investment outcomes. During his 18 years in the investment industry, he has transacted on more than £2bn of deals, managed and restructured 5 separate funds (3 equity ones for each of DWS, LaSalle Investment Management, and Aviva Investors and 2 private credit ones for Aviva Investors), launched a pan-European comingled vehicle, and created UK and European real estate-backed propositions across the risk spectrum.

Martin has deep expertise in sourcing and structuring bespoke financing arrangements that deliver sought-after income with upside and growth potential. In expanding the real estate businesses at large investment management firms, Martin has excellent understanding of product subtleties that enhance real estate funds appeals for discerning international clients.
